Contract / Temp-to-Hire Staffing

Temp -to-Hire Staffing option enables clients to benefit from the traditional services employment firm offers with the option to hire the employee permanently. Clients have the flexibility to observe the resource on the job for 3 to 6 months to determine if he or she is the right fit for the position.

  • We guarantee free replacement of any candidate, if he quits the job within 3 months of joining.
  • Our service charge is 8.33% ( For junior levels), 10% ( For Middle levels ) and 12.5% ( For senior levels ) , of annual gross salary + service tax, payable within 15 days from the date of joining.
